Salmson.  The manufacture that history forgot

The Paris based company  Built automobiles from 1919.

Developed from the GN cycle car. By the mid 1920's the first twin cam four cylinder engined cars were used in the cycle-car grand prix.

1922 Salmson  Class win Brooklands 200 mile race

1927 Salmson finished second and third at Le Mans with the GSC
