1.   We are preparing a Mallock  Mk 8B to race  in the 'classic-clubmans'  2002   Race series

To start the project of Cliff gets the paperwork to get his race license.   Ron finds his old race license (which needs renewing).

Cliff and Ron take the A.R.D.S test for a new race license and both pass.

The Mallock arrives home (time to start the rebuild)

Very little rebuilding is required so plans have now been turned to overhauling the brakes, and refitting the rear axle panard rod

The hunt is on for the correct F.1300 engine.

Well the hunt was short and sweet

Not only have we found a suitable engine but it was found in the next village, just five miles away. Unlike the Clemons engine, that turned into a 8000 mile round trip to Pittsburgh P.A in the U.S.A (See the history search for details of the 48 hour 8000 mile round trip)
